XDS100v3 Programmer and Emulator for ARM and DSP Microcontrollers

The XDS100 Series Emulator from TI (Texas Instruments) is designed and built on a USB hardware system, communicating with other devices via JTAG.

The XDS100v3 Emulator, the third-generation XDS100v3 Programmer, is compatible with a wide range of debug chips and supports a high-speed USB2.0 interface with a data transfer rate of 480 Mbps.
