The XC6206 IC is a highly accurate, low-power, three-terminal positive voltage regulator manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The XC6206 consists of a current limiting circuit, a driver transistor, a precise reference voltage, and an error correction circuit. This series is compatible with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, and the built-in current limiting circuit provides short-circuit protection as well as output current limiting at the output pin.
