SST Solder Seal Wire Connectors

The SST pressure Thermal Varnish with Built-In Solder is also known as SST Heat-Resistant Wire Terminal and commonly referred to as SST (Shrink Solder Terminals). This varnish features an internal solder ring that melts when heated, creating a strong and reliable connection. Once heated, the SST Heat-Resistant Varnish shrinks to protect the wires against moisture and dust. It can be applied using a soldering iron or an industrial heat gun as Heat-Shrink Tubing.

How to Use:

1. Strip the wires and insert them into both ends of the varnish.
2. Apply heat using an industrial heat gun or soldering iron until the internal solder ring melts and the varnish shrinks.
3. Once cooled, you will have a strong, secure, and waterproof connection.
