This chip belongs to the ss400 series sensor chips, that are highly compact, multi-purpose hall effect component. These series act by any magnetic field (trough the presence of a permanent magnet or electromagnet, that is developed for responding to alternative magnetic poles or just a south pole. This chip utilizes band gap regulation solution that enables it to have stable respond on wide supplying voltage from 3.8V up to 30V, so it can be used in a variety of low voltage application and boards especially the microcontroller and Arduino development boards. These sensor series produce 20mA sinking output that can be cycled to 50mA peak. These sensors are completely factory tested at 125°C and their functions are qualified up to 150°C, suitable for motor part electric tricycle high power motor part four-wheel motor. This 443F has internal protection circuits against the ESD and temperature compensation.
