Anti-backlash Trapezoidal Screw POM Nut [Optional Size]

Description:
Axial Anti-backlash (AAB) nuts consist of a main nut body and a secondary ring that share the same thread form. There is a spring between the two components that force each part against opposing flanks of the screw thread. This biasing takes up the clearance between all the components i.e. gets rid of the backlash.
The general purpose of backlash is to prevent gears from jamming due to contact occurring on both sides of the tooth at the same time. A minimal amount of backlash is important in order to allow space for lubricant to enter the mesh and also allows for any thermal expansion of the gearing under load.
POM nut can also stand more wear and tear than a brass nut.
Trapezoidal Screw which is some times more commonly known as the lead screw has a 30-degree contact angle. This product is different from the Acme screw which has a different contact angle and is not compatible with the trapezoidal screw.
