The LCD Digital Display Module is a Voltage and Current Measurement and Display Module capable of simultaneously showing voltage, current, and temperature. This device is equipped with an RS485 interface and supports the Modbus Protocol, making it an ideal choice for industrial monitoring and control systems.

This Voltage and Current Measurement and Display Module features a dual display with high readability, showing voltage in red and current in blue. With 1% accuracy, it can measure voltages from 0 to 100 V and currents up to 10 A.

The independent Voltage and Current Measurement and Display Module with RS485 and Modbus operates with low power consumption and supports a working voltage from 4.5 V to 30 V DC. It is compatible with PLCs, computers, and other industrial equipment, enabling seamless communication via RS485 and Modbus Protocol.

This module is suitable for laboratory applications, automation systems, smart devices, DIY projects, and the monitoring and control of electrical parameters in industrial systems.

Module User Guide:

Interface Description:

  • Pin A (left) and Pin B (right) are used for Modbus communication via the RS485 interface.
  • Pin GND is for negative voltage. Pin IIN measures current, and Pin VCC is for positive supply when using an independent power source. If no independent power is used, positive voltage is applied for testing. Pin VIN is for the positive voltage of the independent power supply.

Software Settings:

  • In the “Communication Settings” section, enter the serial number and open the serial port.
  • In the “Analog Recording” section, set the module address (default is “1”). If the address is unknown, use the “Change Module Address” option.
  • Click “Receive” to collect data.
  • If a “Communication Error” occurs, check that the RS485 pins (A and B) are properly connected.

Calibration Procedure:

  • Connect a precise 12 V power supply (or 30 V for a 100 V independent power source).
  • If connected to a temperature-sensitive resistor, hold the device for 5 seconds. The display will turn black.
  • Disconnect the calibration power source and connect the main power supply. Ensure the 12 V source is accurate; otherwise, calibration will fail.
