Description:
Waveshare 5inch Resistive Touch Screen LCD TFT display module with HDMI Port is a 12.7cm standard display with the resolution of 800 × 480 pixels. This is a mini panel-mountable HDMI monitor, with Resistive touch control, which supports USB interface for touch. It's compatible with mainstream mini PCs such as Raspberry Pi, BB Black, Banana Pi. When it used as a Pi board monitor, it supports Banana Pi, Banana Pro, providing Lubuntu, Kali Linux, Retropie, free drive. The module can support Windows 7/ 8/ 8.1/ 10, single touch and driver free.
It can be used with any computer that has an HDMI output too (touch function can't be used though). For using this display, you must connect a USB power to turn on the LCD. It is small and light, easy to carry, also has an adjustable backlight function that can be adjusted the brightness using the buttons on the back. Note that turning on the Backlight means upper power consumption.
Note:
It is recommended to use a 5V/3A power adapter for this screen and the Raspberry Pi with more than one USB connection.
