Polymorph thermoplastic is a biodegradable polyester that can be reshaped and molded infinitely. It has a very low melting point, approximately 60°C to 62°C. However, once cooled, it hardens and takes on the physical properties of a tough plastic similar to nylon.

This product becomes fully moldable at around 60°C. As it cools, its strength increases, turning into a rigid and durable object. To use this amazing material, simply heat Polymorph granules in hot water (pre-boiled water at a minimum of 60°C). During this process, the granules turn transparent and begin to stick together.

Using tweezers or any suitable tool, remove the softened Polymorph from the water. At this stage, you can shape it into anything you like. If the plastic becomes too firm to work with or begins to harden, just return it to hot water to soften it again. After completing your design, let it cool and solidify—optionally, you can place it in cold water to speed up the process. If you're not satisfied with the shape, simply reheat the Polymorph granules and start over.
