433MHz Wireless Single-Pole Wall Switch Transmitter with EV1527 Learning Code

The One-switch-433MHz is a wireless single-pole wall switch transmitter designed for remote ON/OFF control of lighting and electrical circuits in smart homes, offices, and commercial spaces. Operating at a 433MHz radio frequency, this wall-mounted panel sends an EV1527-encoded signal to a compatible receiver, allowing users to control a circuit from a distance without running additional wiring between the switch and the load. The switch is housed in a durable ABS panel measuring 86mm × 86mm, a standard wall-box size that integrates cleanly into most interior installations.

The One-switch-433MHz uses the EV1527 learning-code encoding method, which assigns each transmitter a unique identifier and allows receivers to “learn” the switch without hardware coding switches or complex pairing procedures. This encoding approach reduces the risk of interference between multiple wireless devices in the same environment and supports the coexistence of several switches and receivers within one installation. The transmitter is powered by a CR2032 coin cell battery at 3V DC and draws approximately 20mA to 25mA during transmission, keeping battery replacement infrequent under normal use.

The RF link uses ASK modulation and is rated for a transmission distance of up to 50 meters in open space. In practice, indoor range depends on wall materials, the position of the receiver, and local RF noise, so the actual coverage may be shorter than the open-air figure. Typical applications include wireless control of room lighting, corridor and stairwell lamps, office lighting zones, and other single-pole switching points where adding a physical cable run would be impractical. The wall panel is designed as a transmitter; a compatible 433MHz EV1527 receiver is required to switch the actual electrical load.
