LM311P Op Amp IC
An operational amplifier is a voltage amplifier with a very high voltage gain, usually having one output and two inputs, the inputs of which are differentially operated. In other words, the amplifier amplifies the voltage difference between the inputs. The LM311P op amp IC is a voltage comparator.
The LM311P op amp IC is designed to operate over a wide range of supply voltages, including ±15V for operational amplifiers (op amps) and 5V for logic systems. The LM311 series amplifiers are capable of driving lamps, relays, and voltage switching circuits up to 50V, and all inputs are isolated from the IC ground.
