Description:
10 PCS KY-037 Electret Microphone Audio Sensor Module package contains 30 pieces of an audio detector that can detect the analog or digital sound with an adjustable audio level. This audio sensor board is comprised of 3 main sections, an electret condenser microphone (ECM) as an audio sensor to detect and measure the area physically sounds and produce an analog signal, an audio amplifier chip that  receives analog signal from ECM sensor and amplify it, and a comparator that receives amplified audio signal and compare it with a reference and change output level. The KY-037 is equipped with a multiturn potentiometer to adjust the reference level of the comparator, means that sensor sensitivity can be adjusted by this multiturn. This sensor module is so designed that changes output level to High when the ambient sound intensity passes a certain threshold (reference level). This board can be used as Arduino sensor boards.
