HCPL-3120 Optocoupler

HCPL-3120 IC is a fast optocoupler with a current of 2.5 amps, which is used to isolate the output and input of circuits and start high current transistors such as MOSFET or IBGT. The high switching speed of the hcpl-3120 optocoupler has made this 8-base IC to be used frequently in switching power supply circuits and to protect the circuit in voltage lock-out mode.

A3120 is engraved on this optocoupler and for this reason it is also called a3120 optocoupler.
