HC-12 SI4463 433MHz Wireless Serial Port Transceiver Module is a 433Mhz multichannel, wireless transceiver for long distances, which is based on SI4463  chip. This radio chip is a part of the EZRadioPRO® family, which contains a full line of transmitters, receivers, and transceivers covering a wide range of applications that have –126 dBm outstanding sensitivity and covering all major bands in lieu of very low active and standby current consumption. This transceiver is a high performance with a low current and low-cost wireless transceiver. This transceiver works from 433.4 to 473.0HMz frequency range, in half-duplex mode through the 100 communication channel.
The H-12 has a built-in microcontroller, which communicates with external applications through the serial port module UART interface, so it's not necessary to program this module separately. It has a built-in SMA antenna cap (for SMD coaxial antenna connection) and a stamped hole (for welding external 50 ohms helical antenna provided or another DIY 433MHz antenna).
This transceiver can be used in wireless sensor tools, community building security, Robot wireless control, Industrial remote control and telemetering, automatic data acquisition, container information management, POS system, wireless acquisition of gas meter data, vehicle keyless entry system, PC wireless networking, and so on.
