1MPa Piezoresistive pressure sensor

The basis of the piezoresistive sensor is the use of a strain gauge made of conductive material whose electrical resistance changes when stretched. The strain gauge can be connected to a diaphragm and detects changes in resistance when the sensing element deforms. The change in resistance is converted into an output signal.
This piezoresistive sensor measures 1 MPa and measures resistance changes through 4 output wires and these changes can be used to control devices.
