Description: CJMCU MAX30100 Pulse Oximeter And Heart Rate Sensor Module [5V] is a sensor board for detecting and patrol the pulse oximeter (measure pulse and oxygen saturation in human blood) and heart rate, which is developed based on MAX30100 Pulse Oximeter and Heart-Rate Sensor IC for Wearable Health chip. This chip is designed for developing miniature portable or wearable health care applications. This chip integrates the pulse oximetry and heart rate sensor. The MAX30100 chip consists of a photosensor, optimized optics, two LEDs, high-performance analog front -end, and low-noise analog signal processing to sense signals of the pulse oximetry and heart-rate. The 2 LEDs are a Red spectrum (650nm) and an IR (950nm), that pulse is read by IR LED nad measuring the SO2 is done by both red and IR LEDs. This compact chip consumes ultra low power, results in extending the battery life that is idealized for wearable application. This board can be supplied with 5V dc and interfaced to any 5V microcontroller and Arduino such as Raspberry Pi I2C protocol.
