Description:CJMCU-941 KXSD9 Three Axis Acceleration Module is a 3 axis silicon micromachined accelerometer, which enables the user to select full-scale output range of the ±2g, ±4g, ±6g or ±8g amounts. This module is based on the KXSD9 sensor chip that can be used as an accelerometer and inclinometer. This chip is high-performance linear accelerometers and inclinometers, which composed of a sensor element and an ASIC packaged in a 3x3x0.9mm Land Grid Array (LGA). Because of high precision, fabricating of this sensor needs high precision and also high technology, so this chip is fabricated by Kionix’s proprietary plasma micromachining process technology. The principle of acceleration sensing is based on a differential capacitance that arises from the acceleration-induced motion of the sensing element,Which uses a common mode cancellation for lessening errors from process variation, temperature, and environmental stress.This module can be supplied from a 1.8 – 3.6V DC supply and communicate to trigger A/D conversions or manage power consumption through the I2C or SPI interface.
