Descriptions:
Shielded RJ45 Mail Connector is a shielded socket for Twisted Pair Category 6 modular which has 8-position 8-conductor (8P8C). It  protects the connector by metallic shielding against electro-magnetic interference (EMI). This is Shielded Twisted Pair (STP) connector, designed to be used with Cat6 Stranded cables. All STP connectors must be grounded while using with CAT 6 STP cable. By the connector, you can terminate 24-26 AWG standard wires, and wiring scheme T568A/T568B. 
As you know, the cat-6 connectors are developed with higher standards and technology, which reduce system noise and noise affected by crosstalk, so by using this STP connector, you complete your work quality.
