Description:
The ZK-4KX step-up step-up module is a DC to DC voltage converter. The input voltage of this step-up and step-down converter is in the range of 5 to 30 volts. Its output voltage can be quickly and accurately adjusted between 0.5 and 30 volts, while the output current is limited between 0 and 4 amps. This voltage converter has an LCD that can display input/output voltage, output current, output power, output capacity, output time well. The ZK-4KX step-up and step-down converter is safe against input polarity reversal and does not burn out. In this converter, the output ripple voltage is very small and there is a pi filter. When the working parameters of the ZK-4KX voltage converter exceed the permissible limit, the output is automatically closed. The thick radiator fins make heat dissipation happen quickly and increase the life of the device.


How to use the module:
 Changing the display parameters: In the normal interface, short press SW to switch the bottom display of the display, and the display content will change between current A, power W, capacity Ah and time h. Long press the SW button to change the upper display screen and the display content is switched between the IN input voltage and the output voltage.
Setting the output voltage value: Press the U/I button in the normal interface to enter the setting voltage and constant current interface. It will be seen that a specific digit of the set output voltage value will flash, turn the rotary encoder left and right, and it can be adjusted to increase or decrease. Short press the rotary encoder to select a bit of output voltage to adjust. After completing the settings, press the U/I button twice to return to the normal interface. Or after 10 seconds pause, it will automatically return to the normal interface.
Setting the constant current value: Press the U/I button on the normal interface to enter the setting voltage and constant current interface. Press the U/I button again to adjust the constant current value. You will see a certain digit of constant current value flashing. Turn the rotary encoder left and right to adjust the value. Briefly press the rotary encoder to select a bit of constant current value. After finishing the setting, press the U/I button to exit the constant voltage and current interface and return to the normal interface. Or after 10 seconds pause, it will automatically return to the normal interface.
Setting whether the module is on or off: Press the U/I button in the normal interface to enter the parameter setting interface. It can be seen that OPEN OFF or OPEN ON. OPEN OFF means that the output defaults to OFF when turned on, and OPEN ON means that the output defaults to ON when turned on. Long press the rotary encoder to switch between the two modes. After completing the settings, long press the U/I button to return to the normal interface.
Open mode and threshold protection parameter setting: Press the U/I button in the normal interface to enter the parameter setting interface. Press the SW button to display the protection parameter you want to set. LUP——low voltage protection threshold; OUP——overvoltage protection threshold; OCP——overcurrent protection threshold; OPP——over-protection threshold; OAP——overcapacity protection threshold; OHP deadline protection threshold. OTP——Over Temperature Protection Threshold. Short press the rotary encoder to select a digit of the protection parameter you want to set. Long press the rotary encoder to turn on or off the protection parameter (only time-out protection and overcapacity protection can be on/off, other protection parameters are enabled by default). Turning the encoder left and right can make the parameter bigger and smaller. After completing the settings, long press the U/I button to return to the normal interface.
Calibrate voltage and current: Press the U/I button in the normal interface to enter the parameter setting interface. Press the SW button to display the parameter interface with CAL. The CAL+IN+V symbol is the calibration input voltage interface. The symbol CAL+OUT+V is the calibration output voltage interface. The CAL+OUT+A symbol is the calibration output stream interface. Turn the encoder left and right to adjust the size of the parameter. After the setting is finished, long press the rotary encoder to confirm that the setting is complete and the parameter value does not flash at this time. Long press the U/I button to return to the normal interface.
