Transistor BU406

BJT transistors are available in two types: NPN and PNP, whose operating principles are exactly the same. The only difference between these two types of transistors is the polarity of their bias power supply, which is opposite to each other. The BJT transistor BU406 is of the NPN type and is a high-voltage transistor, capable of withstanding a collector-emitter voltage of up to 200 volts with a collector current of 7 amperes. The package and packaging of this three-terminal transistor is of the TO-220 type and it is used in the manufacture and repair of home and industrial cold mist devices and high-speed switching circuits.
