ATMEGA328P-AU TQFP32 AVR Microcontroller

The ATMEGA328P-AU is a low-power 8-bit CMOS microcontroller from Microchip (formerly Atmel), built on the enhanced AVR RISC architecture and supplied in a 32-lead TQFP package measuring 7 × 7 mm with a 0.8 mm pitch. It is the same microcontroller at the heart of the Arduino Uno and Arduino Nano, making it one of the most widely supported MCUs in the maker and embedded ecosystem. The device provides 32KB of in-system self-programmable Flash with read-while-write capability, 2KB of SRAM, and 1KB of EEPROM, along with 23 general-purpose I/O lines. It includes three flexible Timer/Counters (two 8-bit and one 16-bit), six PWM channels, a 10-bit ADC with 8 channels on the TQFP package, a programmable USART, an SPI port, and a byte-oriented 2-wire (I²C) serial interface. Operating voltage spans 1.8V to 5.5V, and the CPU can reach 20MHz, delivering throughput approaching 1 MIPS per MHz. Five software-selectable power-saving modes, including Power-down and Power-save, allow designers to optimize energy consumption against processing speed. Typical current consumption is 0.2mA in active mode at 1MHz/1.8V and 0.1µA in Power-down mode.
