The XH-M577 TPA3116D2 amplifier is a stereo Class D audio amplifier board built around the Texas Instruments TPA3116D2, a high-efficiency digital amplifier IC capable of delivering up to 2×50W continuous into 4Ω loads at a 21V supply. The board accepts a DC input of 12V to 24V and is intended for DIY speaker projects, car audio upgrades, desktop audio systems, and workshop sound setups where a compact, efficient amplifier with onboard tone control is needed.
The front edge of the board carries four potentiometers. The first adjusts overall volume, while the remaining three provide active tone shaping for treble, midrange, and bass, allowing the listener to tailor the sound without an external equalizer. A separate low-pass filtered subwoofer output is also provided, so the board can drive a satellite pair plus a subwoofer in a 2.1-style configuration. The TPA3116D2’s Class D architecture delivers efficiency above 90%, which keeps heat generation low and allows the compact board to run without a large external heatsink under normal listening levels. The board measures 96×33mm and weighs approximately 60g.
For full rated output, the supply should be capable of delivering at least 5A at 24V; at lower supply voltages the maximum achievable output power decreases proportionally. The board is a power amplifier only—it does not include a Bluetooth receiver, USB decoder, or FM tuner—so an external audio source or a separate Bluetooth receiver module must be connected to its analog input. This makes the XH-M577 a flexible building block for custom audio projects rather than a complete all-in-one speaker system.
