W3230 24V Digital Temperature Controller Module – NTC 10K, 20A Relay

The W3230-24V is a compact digital temperature controller module designed to switch heating or cooling loads based on a user-defined setpoint. It combines an NTC 10K (0.5% tolerance) waterproof probe with a 20A single-channel relay output, allowing it to directly control high-power devices without an external contactor for many applications. The front panel provides a dual LED display: red digits show the measured temperature, while blue digits show the set temperature, so both values remain visible during operation.

The controller operates from a DC 24V supply and covers a temperature measurement and control range of -55°C to 120°C, with 0.1°C resolution in the -9.9°C to 99.9°C interval and 1°C resolution outside that band. Control accuracy and return difference (hysteresis) are both adjustable to 0.1°C, and the refresh rate is approximately 0.5 seconds. A push-button interface provides access to a parameter menu (P0–P8) for configuring cooling or heating mode, return difference, upper and lower temperature limits, temperature correction, delay start time, alarm setpoint, data lock, and factory reset. Settings are retained after power interruption.

The relay output is isolated from the control circuit and is rated for switching loads up to 20A (DC) or 10A (AC, depending on the variant and load type), making the module suitable for refrigerators, chillers, water tanks, incubators, greenhouse heating, and industrial temperature control panels. The probe cable is approximately 1 meter long and waterproof, allowing immersion in liquids or installation in humid environments. The module measures approximately 79 × 43 × 26 mm and is intended for panel mounting or integration into custom enclosures. It is a standalone controller and does not require programming or a host microcontroller for basic operation.
