The WiFi module is a starter module that enables connection to wireless networks and supports IEEE 802.11b/g/n protocols.
To use the HLK RM04 module, you must first connect it to the power supply. Then, using the serial interface (UART), you can send the necessary commands to configure the module. This module has a fixed IP address through which you can connect to it.
The WiFi module can operate in two modes: Access Point (AP) and Client. In Access Point mode, you can use the module as a wireless access point and connect other devices to it. In Client mode, the module connects to a wireless network as a client and allows sending and receiving data.

The module also has a 10/100M adaptive Ethernet interface and can support baud rates up to 230.4 kbps on serial communication and up to 500 kbps on TTL serial port. The module also supports IEEE 802.11 b/g/n protocols and transparent protocol data transmission mode. It also supports common WiFi encryption methods and algorithms including WEP/WAP-PSK/WAP2-PSK/WAPI, and encryption types such as WEP64/WEP128/TKIP/AES. The HLK-RM04 module is also equipped with internal or external antenna.
