XUBD 3-Digit 0.25-Inch Red 7-Segment Display Common Anode (10-Pin)

The XUBD is a compact 3-digit 7-segment LED display designed for numerical readouts in digital clocks, electronic counters, calculators, and control devices. This display uses a common anode configuration, meaning the anodes of all segments within each digit are tied together and brought out to a common pin, while the individual segment cathodes (A–G plus decimal point) are controlled separately. This architecture is well suited to multiplexing, where the host microcontroller activates one digit at a time at high speed, creating the illusion of a continuous, stable display.

The display features three red digits with a character height of 0.25 inch and a compact panel measuring 15mm × 8mm × 4mm. It provides 10 pins in total, with one decimal point per digit and individually controllable apostrophe and colon points for use in time and measurement applications. The red emission offers clear visibility in typical indoor lighting conditions. Because the display is a bare component, external current-limiting resistors are required on the segment lines to protect both the LEDs and the driving microcontroller.
