Description: 

This is the 5th generation CJMCU-1401 TSL1401CL Linear CCD sensor. TSL1401CL Linear CCD module is a Black And White Line Tracking device which featured by Ultra Wide-angle Lens (120 Degree).
TSL1401CL linear CCD module is a high-quality reliable product that is an outcome of continuous test and improvement.
The TSL1401CL linear sensor array consists of a 128 × 1 array of photodiodes, associated charge amplifier circuitry, and an internal pixel data-hold function that provides simultaneous-integration start and stop times for all pixels.
The array is made up of 128 pixels, each of which has a photo-sensitive area of 3524.3 square micrometers. There is 8μm spacing between pixels.
Operation is simplified by internal control logic that requires only a serial-input (SI) signal and a clock. CCDs are the type of sensors used in digital cameras to record still and moving images. The CCD captures light and converts it to digital data that is recorded by the camera.
