By using the WTV020-SD Voice Player Module module alongside an Arduino board, your project can easily be turned into a talking project. You just need to record your alerts and audio content using a computer in MP3 or WAV format (.wav - .mp3) and, with the help of the provided converter, convert it to AD4 format. Then copy the files into a micro SD memory card and insert the card into the module. After connecting the module to the Arduino, using the available library functions and a little coding, you can easily play any of the audio files on the memory card. Just note that when naming the audio files on the memory card, use 0000 to 9999. For example, 0000.AD4 and 0001.AD4. Finally, for the file section, it is enough to call its name without the zeros after it, for example, playVoice(0). After completing these steps, the rest depends on you. You can build a project that announces the ambient temperature audibly, or by using a GSM module alongside the Arduino board and detecting the entered codes (DTMF), create an interactive voice response system that has the ability to perform physical tasks such as turning on a motor, opening a door, turning lights on and off, and many other things, or create a talking robot.
