IR2125 MOSFET and IGBT Driver IC

the ir2125 gate driver is an ic driver for mosfets and igbts that is used for n-channel mosfets. it limits the current when the gate input current increases and is compatible with standard cmos and lsttl logic inputs. the driver output has a high amplitude pulse current buffer and detects overcurrent protection, limiting the gate voltage, with a maximum rated voltage of 500 volts for driving n-channel mosfets. this ic driver for mosfets and igbts is the ir2125 model and has 8 pins in a dip format.
