Description:
The INA282 current sensor module determines the current by amplifying the voltage drop across a shunt (low-impedance resistor for current measurement) and outputting it at the OUT pin to measure common-mode voltages from -14 to 80 V, independent of the supply voltage. For this purpose, it uses a gain factor of 50 V/V. The low offset allows for current measurement with a maximum drop across the shunt of up to 10 mV at full scale. Supply current 900 microamps. This sensor is specified in the long operating temperature range of -40 degrees Celsius to +125 degrees Celsius.
The INA282 requires a supply voltage of 2.7 to 18 V and a maximum current consumption of 900 µA. The input voltage of IN+ and IN- can be from -14 to +80 volts.
Educational tip: In electronics, a shunt is a device that creates a low-resistance path for electric current to allow it to pass through another point in the circuit.

Telecommunication equipment
Car
Power management
Solar inverters
