WS3443D7P IC DIP-7 Package

The IC WS3443D7P is a high-precision LED driver with a Buck operating mode that operates in Critical Conduction Mode and is suitable for AC inputs of 85V to 265V. This IC has an internal MOSFET with a voltage of 500V and, due to its very low operating current, does not require an auxiliary winding for power supply. These features allow it to have a good performance in current stabilization with a small number of external components and minimize the cost and size of the system.
