DT3 Charging Cable Tester Module

The DT3-Mechanic Cable Tester is a compact and practical tool for testing and diagnosing charging cables. It can detect whether a cable is active or inactive, identify the cable type (Lightning, Micro-USB, Type-C), and detect common cable issues such as broken wires, short circuits, and pin faults. Please note that this tester does not provide information about charging speed.

How to Use:

1. Connect a Type-C cable to power the tester.
2. Plug the cable to be tested into the corresponding port on the tester.
3. Connect the other end of the data cable to its respective port.
4. Within a few seconds, the LED indicators on the tester will light up, showing the cable type and status.

LED Indicator Instructions:

1. If the cable is healthy, the LED will light up.
2. If VCC or GND LEDs are off, the charging function is faulty.
3. If D+ or D- LEDs are off, data transmission is faulty.
4. Designed for dual Type-C cables only; LEDs may not light for faulty circuits.
5. Testing other cable types may not trigger LED indicators.
6. For dual Type-C cables, all five LEDs should light; if one does not, the circuit may be defective.

Note: Test one cable at a time. Inserting multiple cables simultaneously will prevent the tester from functioning correctly.
