PDA438C Infrared Diode

The PDA438C Infrared Diode is a high-speed PIN silicon photodiode engineered for precise infrared detection and fast-response applications. With a peak wavelength of 940nm and a rise time of just 50nS, this photodiode is optimized for high-speed photo detectors, optoelectronic switches, cameras, VCRs, and video cameras.
