BULD39D High-Voltage Transistor

The BULD39D is a high-voltage NPN power transistor with all three terminals aligned in a single row. Designed using Multi-Epitaxial Planar technology, it enhances switching speed, making it ideal for high-frequency pplications. As part of the BUL series, the BULD39D High-Voltage Transistor is commonly used in electronic transformers and halogen lamps. This BULD39D Power Transistor comes in a TO-251 package, with terminals ordered from left to right: Base, Collector, and Emitter.
