The ATMEGA32A-AU microcontroller is an advanced, low-power device from microchip based on the 8-bit avr® risc architecture. it features 32kb of flash memory, 2kb of sram, 1kb of eeprom, an 8-channel 10-bit analog-to-digital converter, a 2-wire interface, and a jtag interface for chip debugging. this processor can execute 16 mips at a frequency of 16 mhz with a supply voltage of 2.7-5.5 volts. in fact, the atmega32a-au ic can perform 1 mips per megahertz by executing powerful instructions in just one clock cycle, allowing the user to achieve lower energy consumption with high processing speed
