Description:
10 PCS W25Q80 Flash Module [8Mbit] package contains 10 pieces of 1-megabyte flash storage board, which is based on W25Q80 8Mbit serial flash memory chip. This chip is designed to add external storage memory for any application and boards that have the design constraint of space, pins, or power. The 25Q memory series has more pliability and performance than typical serial flash memory, which is specialized for code shadowing to RAM, executing code directly from Dual/Quad SPI (XIP), and storing voice, text, etc. These series is a TTL logic level adopted which can operate with 2.7V to 3.6V voltage with 5mA current consumption in the active mode (and 1µA in power-down mode). 
This board can interface with other digital boards and applications such as microcontroller boards, Arduino boards, and so on, trough the SPI compatible bus consisting of four signals, and supports dual SPI operation for more data transfer speed (2 or 3 times faster than typical flash memory applications). Also, it can support Quad SPI operation for 6 times faster data transferring. This memory module has a high retention time minimum of  20 years and high service pan life more than 100,000 times of the erasing and writing life.
