LD-405-TTL 500mW 405nm Blue Laser Module with TTL Control

The LD-405-TTL is a 500mW 405nm blue-violet laser module designed for engraving and DIY CNC applications. It uses a semiconductor laser diode that produces a focused, monochromatic beam at 405 nanometers, which is particularly effective for engraving on wood, bamboo, certain plastics, thin leather, and animal horn. The module operates on a 12V power supply and features an adjustable focus mechanism with a specially coated glass lens, allowing the user to achieve a fine spot size for precise engraving work. The aluminum body with active fan cooling ensures stable performance during extended operation. The TTL control interface allows the laser to be switched on and off or modulated by an external signal, making it compatible with standard CNC controller boards and engraving software that support PWM or TTL output. This module is not suitable for cutting or engraving metals, ceramics, stone, jade, reflective materials, clear glass, ivory, or transparent materials. The kit includes protective goggles for safe operation.
