Description:
50 PCS 3W IR LED is a 50 piece pack of high power infrared LED, which emitting at 750/850/950nm wave length (850nm wavelength is visible for unequipped eyes). This LED is a 3 Watts power, with 1.6V up to  2.0V DC voltage supply, which in forward bias pass up to 700mA current. The viewing angle is 140 degrees, which is the angle of light emitting spreading. They are made by SMD technology.
