2N3055 Industrial Power Transistor

The N30552 power transistor is a metal-look NPN power transistor, a so-called pot transistor, that can handle up to 100V and 15A. It is suitable for use in general amplifiers, audio, linear and switching applications; and can be used as one half of a push-pull output with its complementary PNP transistor.

It mainly used in power switch circuits, series and parallel regulators. The maximum collector current is 15A, maximum power 115W, maximum breakdown voltage between collector and emitter is 100V.
