936 60W Temperature-Controlled Soldering Station – 200–450°C, ESD Safe

The 936-60W is a temperature-controlled soldering station designed for electronics repair, PCB assembly, and general soldering work. Unlike simple pencil irons with fixed power, this station uses a closed-loop temperature control system that continuously monitors and adjusts the tip temperature, allowing the operator to set a precise working temperature between 200°C and 450°C. The 60W ceramic heating element provides fast heat-up and quick thermal recovery, which is essential when soldering larger joints, ground planes, or components with significant thermal mass.

The station features an ESD-safe design, with the tip and housing engineered to prevent electrostatic discharge from damaging sensitive SMD components during soldering. A temperature lock function helps prevent accidental changes to the set temperature during use. The soldering handle is made with a silicone grip that remains comfortable during extended sessions, and the high-quality ceramic heater core is designed for long service life. The iron operates from a 220V AC mains supply and uses a 24V AC output to the handle (per standard 936 architecture), isolating the operator from the mains and improving safety.

The metal tip is suitable for precise soldering and is compatible with the widely available 900M series tips, giving users access to a large ecosystem of replacement shapes (conical, chisel, knife, and others).
