Note:

  1. The **B-** and **C-** wires **must** be connected using thick wire, and ensure that soldering is done correctly and according to the device's positive and negative polarities.
  2. Before installing the protection board, balance the batteries. The voltage difference between each cell should not exceed **0.05V**, the internal resistance difference should not be more than **5 milliohms**, and the capacity difference should not exceed **30mAh**. The protection board monitors each battery string and will activate if the voltage goes too high or too low. The more uniform the batteries are, the longer the overall battery life will be and the better the board will perform.
  3. First, connect the cells in parallel according to the required quantity, then connect the sets in series.When connecting two battery sets in series, make sure the voltage of each set is the same. If they differ, first charge each set separately to full capacity and then connect them in series. During discharge testing, the set whose voltage drops faster contains weak batteries.
  4. Do not mix strong and weak batteries together. It is best for the capacity and internal resistance of each set to be close to one another.

  5. Never connect multiple protection boards together in series.
