12V DN15 Two-way Three-Wired Solenoid Valve

The 12v DN15 valve is a 12V DN15 solenoid valve, which is a two-way, three-wire type, composed of an actuator and a brass valve, and its limit switch can be disabled when it is open or closed. The 12V three-wire two-way solenoid valve can be used for applications that require checking the inlet and outlet of liquids, and its valve size is 1/2 inch.

Installation and commissioning:
1, Cut off the power supply before installation.
2, The direction should be the same as the direction of the valve body.
3, The valve should be placed above the ventilated water tray to ensure that the water droplets fall into the water tray.
4, The valve and the driver should be installed at ± 60 degrees in the vertical direction, and there is at least a 30mm area above the separation of the parts.
5, There should be enough space for maintenance and repair operations from pipes, devices and constructions, and ensure that maintenance personnel can access the manhole.
6, Two or more valves cannot be connected at the same time. If parallel connection is required, use a relay for isolation.
7, The valve is installed first and the pressure is tested with a hose, and then the driver is installed.
8, If the driver is already installed on the valve, do not apply force to the driver during installation and debugging, otherwise the driver will be damaged.
9, The driver cannot be wrapped with thermal insulation materials, otherwise it will affect its heat dissipation.
10, The driver must be reliably grounded with wires of not less than 1.5 mm2; other wires must comply with relevant electrical standards.
11, After installation, make sure everything is correct, turn on, and debug without water. Follow at least three complete drive operations until all parts are normal and correct.
12, after adjustment without water, then troubleshooting with water. The water fluctuation pressure difference in the system should be strictly controlled at 0.13mpa to ensure the efficiency of the water switch valve.
