Photography & Video Note:

If you intend to use this light board as a fill light for photography or video, the recommendation is clear: do not use a dimmer. Any dimming device (even high-quality units) can introduce visible flicker in video footage or cause banding in photos. Instead, move the light farther from the subject to reduce intensity, or use diffusion material.
