This device has two suction pens for moving electronic components, and a volume control is placed on it to change the suction power so that the amount and power of air suction can be easily changed.

The reason for using a component suction device is the sensitivity of SMD components to electrostatic and electrical charge present on the hand or the leads of electronic components, and using it prevents the possibility of burning the components. This device is considered one of the soldering tools.

The suction power can also be adjusted by adjusting the switch to accommodate components of different sizes and weights. To prevent solder balls, bridging, and solder bridges from forming on bad solder pads, use a pick-and-place pen to pick up and place ICs from the back.
