10W COB LED White Module – 220V AC, 3000–6000K, 140° Beam Angle

The 10W COB LED module is a circular chip-on-board (COB) LED module designed for direct operation from a 220V AC mains supply, eliminating the need for an external driver or voltage converter. The module integrates multiple LED dies on a thermally efficient substrate under a uniform phosphor coating, delivering a bright white light output in the 3000K–6000K color temperature range. Its aluminum housing provides structural rigidity and assists with heat dissipation, while the wide 140° beam angle ensures broad, even light distribution for general lighting applications.

The module is built around Dachau LED chips and achieves a luminous efficacy of ≥100LM/W, with a rated current of 1000mA and a luminous surface diameter of 11mm. The COB package contains 24 flip-chip dies, and the overall module diameter is 27mm, making it suitable for compact fixtures and retrofit designs. It includes surge protection at both differential mode (≥400V) and common mode (≥2KV), and an anti-leakage level of ≥AC1750V, contributing to safe and stable operation on mains voltage.

The module is rated for an operating temperature range of -30°C to +90°C and a lifespan of ≥50,000 hours, supporting long-term use in street lighting, traffic lighting, landscape illumination, shop windows, exhibition spaces, and indoor/outdoor fixtures. A critical installation note: the module must be mounted on a suitable heatsink with thermal silicone or thermal paste before powering on; without adequate heat dissipation, the LED will overheat and fail. The module is a passive light-emitting component—it does not include a dimmer, timer, or control interface, and these functions must be provided externally if required.
