Piezo Electric Ceramic Disc Transducer

This piezoelectric ceramic disc transducer operates at 1.7MHz frequency, converting electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibrations that atomize water into fine mist. Installation & Usage Notes:

• Submersion required: The disc must be in contact with water to function. Running dry will damage the transducer.
• Water level: Keep water level above the disc surface. Most humidifiers use a float or water column to maintain proper depth.
• Driver circuit required: The disc alone cannot be plugged into a wall outlet. It requires an ultrasonic driver circuit (typically 1.7MHz oscillation).
• Polarity: Piezo discs are not polarity sensitive for basic operation, but check your driver circuit specifications.
• Cleaning: Mineral buildup can affect performance. Clean periodically with vinegar or citric acid solution.
