XH-W1209 Digital Thermostat Temperature Controller Module

The XH-W1209 is a low-cost yet highly functional digital thermostat temperature controller module designed for intelligent temperature management of electrical devices. At its core is an embedded microcontroller that eliminates the need for any programming knowledge, making it accessible to users of all skill levels. The module features a 3-digit seven-segment LED display that shows the current temperature in degrees Celsius, along with three tactile switches that allow for easy configuration of various parameters including on and off trigger temperatures.

Temperature sensing is handled by an included high-accuracy NTC thermistor (10K, 0.5% tolerance) with a waterproof probe, ensuring reliable readings in diverse environments. The onboard relay provides a single-channel output capable of switching up to 10A at 240V AC or 10A at 14V DC, making it suitable for directly controlling heating elements, cooling fans, and other loads. The module operates on a 12V DC power supply and features a static current consumption of less than 35mA. With a temperature control range spanning from -50°C to +110°C and a measurement resolution of 0.1°C in the range of -9.9°C to 99.9°C, the XH-W1209 delivers precise and dependable performance. Its compact 40 × 48mm form factor allows for easy integration into a wide variety of enclosures and projects.
