APW7159A Dual Channel PWM Controller Chip
The APW7159A IC is a dual-channel controller chip used for driving N-channel MOSFETs and can create pulse width variations from 0% to 100%, with a 180-degree phase shift between the two channels. Monitoring, control, and protection of various functions are all tasks that are fulfilled by this IC. The internal voltage reference of 1 volt compensates for temperature variations, providing a high accuracy of 0.8% for temperature. The frequency of this IC's variations is adjustable from 50 kHz to 400 kHz.
