Description:

The ICM-20602 is a 6-axis Motion Tracking device that combines a 3-axis gyroscope, 3-axis accelerometer, in a small 3 mm x 3 mm x 0.75 mm (16-pin LGA) package. ICM-20602 includes on-chip 16-bit ADCs, programmable digital filters, an embedded temperature sensor, and programmable interrupts.
CJMCU-262 Module is based on ICM-20602 chip and is made by CJMCU.

  2. 3-Axis Accelerometer with Programmable FSR of ±2g,±4g, ±8g, and ±16g
  3. User-programmable interrupts
  4. Wake-on-motion interrupt for low power operation of applications processor
  5. 1 KB FIFO buffer enables the applications processor to read the data in bursts
  6. On-Chip 16-bit ADCs and Programmable Filters
  7. Host interface: 10 MHz SPI or 400 kHz Fast Mode I2C
  8. Digital-output temperature sensor
  9. VDD operating range of 1.71V to 3.45V
  10. MEMS structure hermetically sealed and bonded at wafer level
  11. RoHS and Green compliant
