Panowin F1 3 Axis 3D Printer Kit is a 3axis 3D printer for anyone, anywhere. Its main structure is motion parts, working bed part, extruder and controller parts, which are separated as multiple high quality modules. By following a user manual and some basic tools, it can easily be montage as a 3D printer, through 10 steps. This structure is fully metallic (high quality aluminum alloy) with industrial quality and screw slider design, so it's strong and stable. This printer can be equipped  with an optional laser head  and the LCD touch screen controller, which can buy separately. It is built with high quality ball screw slide for every axis, instead of the commercial belt-rail guide motion system. The high quality stepper motors enable it to achieve the resolution of 0.1mm with layer thickness of 0.05mm.
This printer is equipped with a high quality turbo fan cooling extruder beside a high precision step motor extruder, to feed the material so smoothly and quickly. Its heating nozzle diameter can be chosen from these size 0.2mm or 0 4mm or 0.6 mm, to fit different kind of products. The heating nozzle can rapidly (from 0 to 200 centigrade within up to 2 minutes) be heated by a high efficiency heating module and a precision thermal detector. The thermal detector continuously detects and transfers thermal data to control board to provide the best working conditions for extruder.
